Yes. The minimum age to attend and participate is 16 years. Participants aged 16–17 must have parental or legal guardian consent accompanied during check-in.

No, you don’t. While LES MILLS LIVE events are incredible learning experiences for Instructors, everyone is welcome to attend, and all fitness levels are catered for.

No. At the end of each class, all participants must leave the room so that staff can prepare for the next session. If you have a ticket for the next class, you must re-enter by following the official queuing system and staff instructions.

Our commitment to taking Les Mills’ Masterclass Filming outside of New Zealand once a year is a massive exercise. Unfortunately, we have to make some tough calls for the LES MILLS LIVE experience to fit within a weekend (two-day) schedule.

Yes. Each participant may purchase one (1) ticket per session only, and all tickets must be registered under your own full legal name, exactly as it appears on your valid government issued identification (for example, Passport or National ID).

Multiple tickets may not be purchased under a single name for use by other participants.

No. To prevent scalping and reselling, LES MILLS LIVE Barcelona tickets are strictly nontransferable. All tickets must be registered using the participant’s full legal name, matching their valid government issued identification.

Any ticket found to be transferred, resold, or used by someone other than the registered participant will be cancelled without refund.

No. All tickets for LES MILLS LIVE Barcelona are non-refundable, including session tickets and VIP Add-on purchases.

Session tickets are fixed and nontransferable, and we strongly recommend carefully checking your selected sessions before completing your purchase.

In exceptional circumstances, limited session swaps may be considered where capacity allows. Please note that all session change requests must be submitted to info@lesmills.es.

Because this process is not immediate and availability cannot be guaranteed, we highly recommend ensuring you have selected the correct sessions at the time of purchase when ticket sales go live.

You can purchase tickets for as many different workout sessions as you like during the weekend. However, you can purchase ONLY ONE TICKET PER CLASS. This means each individual attendee must purchase their own tickets – you cannot purchase tickets for friends. This is because we are using a unique, fully digital wristband system. The system will register only your individual purchases. This helps ensure as many people as possible can experience the magic.

Sadly, no. We recommend securing your tickets early to avoid disappointment. Filming runs on a strict capacity based on sets of equipment and venue space available.

Your ticket provides access to LES MILLS LIVE Barcelona as well as various experiences brought to you by Les Mills and adidas. This access is for the date of your ticketed workouts only.

The iconic Fira de Barcelona venue is an intimate venue and capacities are limited. To ensure all attendees have equal opportunity to enjoy the exclusive LES MILLS LIVE Barcelona experience, we cannot accommodate attendees for extended periods or on any day when they don’t have workout tickets booked.

In order to comply with our health and safety obligations, legal requirements and Fira de Barcelona’s strict capacity limits, it may be necessary for Les Mills to direct a number of ticket holders to exit specified areas (or the entire venue) for certain periods of time. This may happen to any ticket holder on more than one occasion. As non-compliance by ticket holders may jeopardize our event, we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation at such times.

The capacity limits described above also mean that we are unable to admit ticket holders into the Venue if a ticket holder arrives more than 2 hours prior to their first workout.  We suggest arriving at the venue at least 60 minutes before your first scheduled filming workout. This will give you time to explore the venue, where you can experience music and movement.

How to purchase tickets:

1. Select the Bundle with the number of classes you would like to attend over the weekend. The classes will appear below and you can select which classes you want to attend, if they are sold out they will not appear in that list.
2. Once you have selected the classes, then you select 1 in the pass drop down. You can only purchase tickets for yourself, every individual needs to purchase their own tickets for smooth registration at the event.
3. You will then be given the opportunity to add-on the Best of BODYCOMBAT or VIP experience- subject to availability.
4. Then proceed to check out, and you will land on the cart page to review your selected bundle and classes. If you remove any of the classes, your Bundle will be removed, and you will need to start your Bundle selection again.
5. Continue to the Custom Information page, please fill out all required fields and submit.
6. You will now be asked to log in to your iTICKET account, or register with iTICKET if you don’t have an account already.
7. On the checkout page, check your details, let us know if you want to hear from Les Mills and agree to iTICKET’s T&C’s of purchase.
8. Then fill in your credit card payment details, confirm and wait for confirmation.
9. You will receive an email from iTICKET with your Order Confirmation, receipt and link to your ePass page which has a breakdown of your classes.
10. Turn up to the event to receive a unique wristband loaded with your selected classes.

As with other festivals, concerts or sporting events, we are unable to offer refunds for LES MILLS LIVE unless it’s due to the event being cancelled.

No. When you set up your personal iTICKET account you must use an individual email address. Any new purchases or modifications will be linked to the email address used and will show collectively under your personalized ePASS.

Your registered wristband will also be automatically updated with your new workouts.

No, all tickets are sold on a non-refundable or exchangeable condition. If you have an exceptional circumstance for not being able to attend, then you can email LM Spain to make a request – lesmillslive@lesmills.es

No. Each attendee must purchase their own workout sessions. This is because we can only admit one person per workout, per ticket. Every attendee will receive a unique ePASS. Your ePASS will be linked to your personalized wristband, which will be issued and validated when you register onsite.

After checkout, iTICKET will send an email confirmation of your order and a separate email with your ePASS. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, firstly check your junk or spam folders, then log in to lesmills.iticket.io and check your order history and make sure your order and ePass is there.

If you can’t log in, your email may have been entered incorrectly. Email support@iticket.io with your name and email address.

Bring your confirmation email and/or ePASS with you to the venue. This will be used at the onsite registration where you will receive your personalized wristband.

Yes. Participants are expected to dress appropriately for physical activity and behave in a safe, respectful, and considerate manner.

AEFA LES MILLS reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants who do not comply.

AEFA LES MILLS will communicate any major event related updates or changes via the email address used during ticket purchase. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and check your inbox (including junk or spam folders) regularly.

Yes. Water refill stations will be available throughout the event space. Participants are encouraged to bring a sealed water bottle for use during the event.

Yes. A dedicated bag drop will be available at LES MILLS LIVE Barcelona for attendee convenience. Please note that suitcases and oversized or heavy bags cannot be accepted. Bags must be of a size and weight that can be safely handed over the counter by the participant.

While reasonable care will be taken, AEFA LES MILLS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, and all personal belongings are left at your own risk.

If you require more secure or larger storage, we recommend using one of the locker services available within the shopping mall. Please enquire with the Arenas de Barcelona Concierge for more information.

Yes. Mobile phones are permitted, and participants may record short clips up to 30 seconds for personal use. Professional cameras, video cameras, or recording equipment, tripods, camera poles, and camera rigs are not permitted.

For the enjoyment and respect of those around you, we encourage participants to be mindful when recording and to focus on being present in the experience, rather than recording large portions of sessions.

AEFA LES MILLS reserves the right to restrict recording or ask participants to stop filming if it disrupts the experience of others or Event operations.
